i05 innovations
Since its installation in 2004, 04IP05 has been one of the few IP classes that continues to create IP trademarks till this day. The following are just a list of some of these wonderfully crazy innovations:
- Pass-down class cheers
- HuiQianian
- First class Website
- Class abode (Basil's tent, frequently used for people lazy to change in the toilet)
- Class Mascot (Sui Hang's Chicken) and many other animals in class (the owl which stares down at anyone who steps into our class)
- The Man (An impractical but unique class seating arrangement)
- In-class Table Tennis
- Iconic phrases: Chee Bong, Like a Ji, Sea-lion Laugh
- WikIP
- Fun class outings! like late night (or rather midnight) suppers, visits to the zoo etc
i05 Online
04IP05 was possibly the first class to have a website complete with an image gallery, guestbook and most controversial of all, a password protected rumor page. However, the site has been gathering dust ever since its last update in February 2005. It is recommended that all content that is and would/could be on i05 Online be moved to this WikIP article about 04IP05.
This website was created circa February 2004 by Michael Ryan Chan, and can be visited here.
The Man
A unique seating position which was declared impractical by some teachers. However, it was a rather strategic arrangement, as it allowed for easy grouping whenever it was needed. The Man is one of 04IP05's many trademarks, and is today still regarded as the most original and effective seating arrangement of all time. [citation: 04IP05, hmph!]

Kite Flying Club
The Kite Flying Club (KFC) was a CCA proposed in Term 1 2004 which never took flight due to procrastination and IP lethargy. Its formation was inspired by Varun, Basil and Michael in Term 1 2004 after the class decided to literally "go fly kite" at the NJC rooftop for no good reason. "Go fly kite" became a common inside joke/insult amongst the 04IP05 classmates who used it to tell people to do something better with their life (ironically, literally flying kite isn't necessarily doing something better).
While KFC fell flat even before it took off, the Kite Flying phenomenon gained momentum and finally took wings when it was formally included in the 2005 IP Enrichment Week finale activity. This activity included kite-making sessions and a kite flying session cum picnic at East Coast Park to draw three weeks of fun-filled enrichment to a sweet and memorable touchdown.

I05 is the only class that has 2 cool class cheers created and founded by our dearest OGLs Michelle, Qixian & Ek Kiat. These class cheers are now so etched in the memories of more than 100 personnels from the 4 generations of I05 that no one can stop us once we start... Not even M.V.C
